• "Merchant" means a User who lists goods for sale on the Platform
• "Buyer" means a User who purchases goods from Merchants

Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. All transactions are subject to our transaction policies.

5. Fees and Payments

6. User Conduct

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include fraud, misrepresentation, and harassment.

7. Limitation of Liability
